This is the working marketplace summary for Rinse. It explains the product rules we are building toward and must still be reviewed before public launch.
Rinse connects customers with mobile and workshop detailers. Detailers decide whether to send offers, set their own prices, and are responsible for delivering the accepted service professionally.
Customers create requests with vehicle, address, timing, service, dirtiness, note, and photo details. Detailer offers are private to the customer and may include price, ETA, included services, notes, and expiry rules.
Payment is taken after the customer accepts an offer. Rinse may add a customer-side service fee and deduct a detailer-side platform fee before payout. Current fee values are product settings and may change before launch.
The selected detailer must confirm after payment. If confirmation times out, or a booking is cancelled or disputed, Rinse may reopen the request, reverse or refund payment, withhold payout, or ask for more information.
Reviews happen after completed jobs. Verification, vetted, high-rated, fast-responder, and top-detailer labels are earned trust states and must not be treated as paid placement or a guarantee of future performance.
Detailer earnings are tracked in a payout ledger. Standard payouts are expected weekly or monthly. Instant payout is disabled by default and remains subject to admin, finance, processor, and support review.
Rinse is still being built. These terms are a working marketplace summary and not a final legal contract. They should be reviewed by South African legal and financial professionals before public launch.
